Non-Refundable Services

- Monthly Retainer Services
Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before our team has started working on your project, you may be eligible for a refund after deducting:
- Payment gateway charges
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Administrative charges
The remaining amount, if eligible, will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Work Begins
Once any of the following activities have started, no refund will be issued:
- Project planning
- Research
- Strategy creation
- Campaign setup
- Website design or development
- Creative design
- Content creation
- Account setup
- Technical implementation
- Any work completed by our team
Monthly Marketing Services
For SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Social Media Management:
- Monthly fees are paid in advance.
- Payments already made are non-refundable.
- You may cancel future renewals by notifying us before the next billing cycle.
Website & Shopify Projects
Website and Shopify development projects are customized for each client.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once development has started.
- If the project is cancelled by the client midway, payments already made will not be refunded.
- Any completed work may be delivered upon request after outstanding dues are cleared.
Advertising Budget
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube
is not collected or refunded by Marketify. These payments are governed by the respective platform's policies.
Delays Caused by Clients
If project delays occur due to:
- Missing content
- Delayed approvals
- Lack of communication
- Delayed payments
- Requested scope changes
refunds will not be provided.
Service Satisfaction
We strive to deliver high-quality work and maintain transparent communication throughout every project. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Marketify to resolve a dispute may result in:
- Suspension of ongoing services
- Project termination
- Recovery of outstanding dues through appropriate legal means, where applicable
