Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Some projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Monthly marketing services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed or suspended services.

5. Refund Policy

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Payments made for services already started are non-refundable.
  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
  • Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms are not refundable by Marketify.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Share required content, credentials, and approvals on time.
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback.
  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any content or materials they provide.

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect timelines.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines depend on project complexity and timely cooperation from the client.

Marketify is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Delayed client approvals
  • Missing project materials
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Technical outages beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
  • Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property.
  • Marketify retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, methodologies, tools, and proprietary systems.

9. Advertising Platforms

Marketify manages advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Leads
  • Traffic volumes
  • Approval of advertisements by advertising platforms

Campaign performance depends on multiple factors including budget, competition, audience, market conditions, website quality, and platform algorithms.

10. Website Content

While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content on our website will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or remove website content without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms including:

  • Razorpay

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Platform policy changes
  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Advertising account suspensions beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services if a client:

  • Provides false information.
  • Uses our services for unlawful activities.
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior.

14. Confidentiality

Marketify treats client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • With the client's permission.
  • When required by law.
  • When necessary to deliver agreed services.

15. Changes to Services

Marketify reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palghar District, Maharashtra.
